Two Ravens depicts a Crow Chief from the 1830’s who became well known through the portraits that Karl Bodmer and George Catlin made of him during that period. Also known as Pariskaroopa, he is best known for Bodmer’s portrayal of him as a Dog Dancer. Ten years ago I sculpted a full figure of Two Ravens wearing his eagle head dress. Here I’m portraying him with a Raven headdress.
